About Us

The humble founding of Puhl Construction started as a construction estimating service in the Bel Air, MD basement office of William J. Puhl's residence in March of 1994.

Puhl Construction rapidly evolved into other areas as our reputation for quality and reliability spread. By 1998 Puhl Construction expanded into a full service construction firm, primarily in the Telecommunications Industry, building base cell tower sites for the major players such as Sprint and AT&T, as well as a host of other commercial and industrial clients.

After 29 years Puhl Construction has now entered into the 2nd generation of successfully performing quality construction services for predominately repeat customers.

Puhl Construction is a full service General/Concrete Contractor with capabilities ranging from a concrete service ramp to site development and construction of a base building for our longstanding commercial and industrial clients.

We perform concrete, metal work, and excavation services in house. 

Puhl Construction is proud to own our facilities and construction equipment debt free, which allows our in house specialized construction personnel to effectively and efficiently complete your project on time, on budget, and as ALWAYS, in a Quality fashion.
